Ingredients: 1 1/2poundsbulk spicyground pork 1mediumgreen bell pepper, chopped 1mediumonion, chopped 1(31-ounce) canpork and beans 1(16-ounce) cankidney beans, rinsed and drained 1(15 1/2-ounce) cannorthern beans, rinsed and drained 1(15 1/2-ounce) canblack-eyed peas, rinsed and drained 1(15-ounce) canpinto beans, rinsed and drained 1(15-ounce) cangarbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 1 1/2cupsketchup 3/4cuppackedbrown sugar 2teaspoonsgroundmustard
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add green pepper and onion; saute until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 20-30 minutes longer or until bubbly.
