Ingredients:
1 cup white rice, cooked and cooled
1/3 cup sugar
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 cup whipped cream


Directions:
Mix together rice, sugar, pineapple, and vanilla.

Stir in marshmallows and chopped cherries.

Fold in whipped cream.

Cover and chill until ready to serve.
