Chili Seasoning

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (regular paprika will work too)
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Directions:
Measure out all of your individual spices and combine to use in your chili or store in an airtight container for later use. Add salt and pepper, to taste, when making chili.

Store unused chili seasoning mix in an airtight storage bag or jar, in a darkened cabinet.
