Spicy Shrimp and Riced Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 pound
shrimp Peeled & Deveined
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 cloves
garlic minced
2 teaspoons
paprika
1/2 teaspoon
onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried
thyme
1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon
dill weed
1 (12-ounce) package frozen
riced cauliflower
Directions:
Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stire in Shrimp and seasonings. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat frozen Riced Cauliflower in microwave according to package.
Spoon Cauliflower onto a serving plate and top with shrimp mixture.
Divide into 3 equal servings.
