Pollo Loco

The Marinade
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Juice and zest of 1 lime
3 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP dijon mustard
2 TBSP white vinegar
2 TBSP brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 packet Ortega taco seasoning
handful of fresh cilantro
1/2 cup oil
Chicken breast


  1. Pour the marinade over the chicken and let it marinade overnight.
  2. Grill and serve with Mexican Cilantro Rice, topped with Queso Blanco Dip.

    Slice the chicken breast in half so its thinner and easier to grill and gets more of the marinade flavor.
