Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:
1 envelope beef mushroom
soup mixes
2 cups
water
2 cups cut up, cooked
chicken
2 cans
oriental vegetables
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
cornstarch
Directions:
In medium skillet, add soup mix blended with 1 3/4 cup water, chicken, vegetables and soy sauce.
Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixed with remaining water and cook until slightly thickened; about 3 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
