Lemon Frosting
Ingredients:

cream cheese

powdered sugar

lemon rind

lemon juice

vanilla extract
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
Frost cookies, cupcakes, etc.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
