Lemon Frosting



Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

Frost cookies, cupcakes, etc.

Refrigerate in an airtight container.
