Caramel Frosting

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter NOT MARGARINE
1/4 cup whole or 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:

Cook sugar, milk and butter for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cool.

Beat until thick and creamy. Frost cooled cake.
