Ingredients:
** CREAM:
1 cup
butter
1 cup
brown sugar
1 cup
sugar
** ADD:
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 large
eggs
** COMBINE AND ADD:
2 cups
flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
2 cups
oatmeal
** FOLD IN:
2 cups
Rice Krispies® or crushed Special K
1 cup
coconut
1 package
butterscotch chips or chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Cream: Add butter and sugars to a large bowl and cream with mixers. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
2. Combine Dry ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oats and stir well to combine.
3. Fold in cereal, coconut and baking chips.
4. Bake: Spoon large tablespoons of the dough onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
