Lemon Coconut Angel Food

Ingredients:

1 package 1-step angel food cake
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 can lemon pie filling


Directions:
Mix all ingredients and spread into a greased 10" x 15" jelly roll (sheet) pan.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I've never frosted these since they are a perfect spongy snack cake just the way they are.
