Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour or all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips chips


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

Mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a mixer on high until combined.

Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined.

Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and add to the mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Press mixture into the lined pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
