Ingredients:
2 cups Krusteaz Blueberry pancake, waffle mix
2/3 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries

CRUMB TOPPING:

3 tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted abd cooled
1 cup pancake, waffle mix
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9×9 baking dish with oil/butter

Begin making the pancake bars by mixing together pancake mix, water and eggs until smooth then fold in blueberries

Add to greased baking pan then begin making the crumb topping

Mix together crumb topping ingredients to form the “crumbs”

Sprinkle on top of bars and bake in oven for 25 minutes or until perfectly golden brown!

Serve with desired toppings like maple syrup, yogurt, fresh fruit and enjoy!
