Pork Goulash
This warming goulash is a perfect dish for a cold winter's day, not to mention the slow-cooked pork will just fall apart and melt in your mouth

Ingredients:
1-1/4 pounds
pork shoulder roast, cut into 1-in chunks
1 (14-ounce) can
crushed tomatoes, in puree
1 packet
beefy onion soup mix
2 tablespoons sweet
paprika
2 teaspoons minced
garlic
1 teaspoon
caraway seeds
3/4 cup
sour cream
3 tablespoons snipped fresh
dill
pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except sour cream and dill in a 3 qt or larger slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
Stir in sour cream and dill.
