Tater Tot Hotdish

Ingredients:
MEATLOAF
1 pound
ground beef
1/2 pound
ground pork
1 small, chopped
onion
3/4 cup shredded
Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 beaten
eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cups finely crushed
soda crackers
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
TOPPING
1 bag
frozen corn
1 bag
tater tots
2 cans
cream of chicken soup undiluted
Directions:
Mix the Meatloaf ingredients together and press into a prepared 9x13 pan.
Spread the bag of Frozen Corn on top of Meatloaf mixture.
Evenly & neatly layer the bag of Tater Tots on top of the corn.
Spread the 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup over the Tater Tots.
Bake @ 350 degrees F for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked.
**For a quicker version, Brown the meats with the onion, pepper and garlic salt. Distribute in the bottom of the 9x13.
Sprinkle in the cheese. Then follow steps 2-5, but bake for 30-45 minutes. (I prefer the meatloaf version)
