Six Layer Casserole

Ingredients:
6 sliced
potatoes
1 pound
ground beef
1 small
onion diced
5 to 6 sliced
carrots
1 stalk sliced
celery
1 can drained
peas
1 can drained and cut up (reserve liquid)
whole tomatoes
1 sliced into rings
green bell pepper
1 can
tomato soup
cooking spray
Directions:
Prepare deep casserole dish (like a Dutch Oven) with cooking spray
Mix reserved liquid from tomatoes and Tomato Soup; set aside
Brown Ground Beef and onion, set aside
Assemble the layers and salt & pepper each layer to taste
LAYER #1 - Put potatoes in deep casserole dish
LAYER #2 - Cover potato layer with browned meat/onion mixture
LAYER #3 - Cover meat layer with carrots & celery
LAYER #4 - Add peas
LAYER #5 - Spread tomatoes on top
LAYER #6 - Place green pepper rings on top of tomatoes
Pour tomato soup mixture over assembled casserole
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until potatoes and carrots are tender
