Beef, Potato, Tomato & Cheese Bake

Ingredients:
olive oil For drizzing & pan prep

onions, sliced
1 pound
ground beef
4 tablespoons
mayonnaise
2
potatoes, shredded
2
tomatoes, sliced
3 ounces grated
mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown Ground Beef with salt, pepper & paprika. Set aside.
Drizzle Olive Oil in Baking Pan and scatter sliced onions evenly.
Distribute meat mixture over onions and spread mayonnaise on top of meat.
Spread Grated potatoes on top of meat. Season with salt & pepper.
Scatter tomato slices on top of potatoes. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes
Remove foil and top casserole with mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
