Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups seasoned
croutons
2 pounds
bulk pork sausage browned and drained
2 cups shredded
Cheddar cheese
EGG MIXTURE:
6
eggs
2 cups
milk
1 tablespoon
dry mustard
TOPPING:
1 can
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup
milk
1 (30-ounce) package
milk, thawed
Directions:
Mix together 6 eggs, 2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon dry mustard. Set aside.
Put croutons on bottom of prepared 9 x 13 pan. Next layer the following: cheese and sausage and cover with egg mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add: hash browns and mushroom soup mixture.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
