Denver Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
9 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup white onions finely diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/3 cups ham diced
1/2 cup green bell peppers or red
salt to taste
pepper to taste


Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook onion in butter over medium heat until softened. Cool.

Whisk eggs and cream. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased 9x9" casserole dish.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
