Baked Eggs

Ingredients:
2 pounds
bulk pork sausage
10 - 12
eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups
milk
1 teaspoon
dry mustard
1 (8-ounce) package unseasoned
croutons
1/2 cup chopped
onions, optional
1/2 cup
green bell peppers
1/2 cup
red bell peppers
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded
Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown and drain pork sausage, set aside.
Combine: eggs, milk, dry mustard, croutons, onions, peppers salt, pepper and cheese.
Pour into 9 x 13 inch prepared pan and sprinkle sausage on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
