Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


Directions:
In large bowl stire together sugar and oil. Beat in eggs and pumpkin until light.

Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger until well mixed.

Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 minutes.

Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
