Gourmet Crab Ring |

1 tsp gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp cooking sherry 3/4 tsp seasoned salt 2 oz. pimento, diced 6 oz. crab meat 1/8 tsp pepper 1/4 cup parsley |

Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften. Stir over hot water until dissolved. Beat gelatin into cream cheese until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients and 2 tablespoons parsley. Pour into 3 cup ring mold. Chill 4 hours or until set. Serve with assorted snack crackers
