Garlic Butter Air Fryer Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 pound mushrooms cleaned (and halved if large)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon garlic butter melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

GARLIC BUTTER (mix in small bowl)

1 cup butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice


Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Toss mushrooms with olive oil and soy sauce, season with pepper.

Place mushrooms in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket after 4 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and place in a small bowl. Toss with garlic butter and parsley.

Serve warm.
